City Models has been in the fore front of the Atlantic Canadian Modeling industry since the Mid 1980’s . They are keenly aware of the vast resources available in the Atlantic Canadian Market and quickly developed a reputation for personal service combined with an excellent eye for discovering and developing new talent.

City Models, more than ever, has positioned itself as an agency built on a solid foundation of history and experience. This foundation allows its talented staff to innovate, create and manage in an ever-changing industry. Teamwork and communication fuel the growth and strength of our models and agents.

Our strategy is pure and simple . . . carefully selected, qualified models are coupled with the highest level of management and service. The result is a long term balanced career. For a models represented by City Models, we work to open the doors for our talent and guide them into endless possibilities. City Models' success has grown dramatically over the years. The East Coast Top Model Search, introduced in 1995, took modeling and acting in Halifax to a new level. Since its creation City Models has recruited many models and actors who are now working successfully in the national and international market.

City Models is an active local modelling agency that represents male, female and child models for runway, commercial print, television, film, hostessing, trade show, mannequin and costume campaigns. For those aspiring models who show significant potential, City Models will guide their career on and up to the greater modeling centres. Our models can be found working in Montreal, Toronto, New York, Italy, Spain and Germany.

City Models' talent have been seen on ad campaigns for Park Lane, Sobeys, NS Tourism, Casino Nova Scotia, Keith's Brewery, The Bay, Sears, Avon, Hakim Optical, Taco Bell, L'Oreal, and many more. Our models have also graced the pages of Flare, Look, Bride To Be, Canadian Living, Sporting Life, and the covers of Clique magazine, Images and Lifestyle Nova Scotia, 902 Magazine, Halifax Magazine and Faces Magazine, countless newspaper editorials throught the Maritimes.

City Models has gone through the screening process and is now an accrediated member of the World Modelling Association.

DIRECTOR

City Models director Angela Campagnoni, has been in the model and acting industry for over 20 years. She has appeared in 100’s of runway shows as well as a variety of film and commercial work. It was through this love of the fashion industry, she entered into the world of clothing design and became a designer for many nationally recognized brands. However, never leaving the runway, she began with City Models in 2001 as an active model and instructor.

In 2007 when the opportunity arose to merge her sales skills in the fashion world and her love of modeling, she bought the established agency with the continued goal to increase their visiblity not only with the Atlantic Canadian market but Internationally as well. And through these continued efforts City Models has become one of the most
recognizable and premier agencies in Atlantic Canada.

Most recently Angela has been carefully developing and producing Atlantic Fashion Week and with this will continue to push and nurture the fashion industry to it’s fullest capacity she has been able to bring both National and International focus on the Atlantic Fashion Industry, not only for its models but for the amazing design talent that is available through out this territory.
